chris joined New Student Services in November 2021. In their role as Office Manager, they handle office logistics and operations, training of office representatives, and other student logistics. chris grew up in Fresno, California, then studied Sociology at UC Berkeley. They participated in the very first Golden Bear Orientation as a first-year student in 2017, then continued on as an Orientation Leader, Orientation Mentor, and finally an Office Representative. In their free time chris likes to cook, play guitar, exercise, and hang out with their friends’ dogs.
